Her career started when she auditioned for various television series and worked behind the scenes on CW33 sitcoms Living Single and Parenthood. Working behind the scenes gave her the ability to branch out on her own to start her own company and work within her community. Her fascination with marketing, fashion and public relations birthed Front House Management (FHM) in 2010.

FHM is where she developed partnerships and coordinated sponsorship opportunities within the DFW area. She developed strategies for clients on a local and national level creating media campaigns for a myriad of lifestyles. Karen has helped to raise money for non-profit organizations and specializes in client individuality to generate an increase in profits. When she’s not behind the stage, you can find her public speaking at various colleges and universities about marketing and public relations.

Through building her company, she has had the opportunity to work with international model/ photographer, Mike Ruiz, be interviewed on Telemundo, Total Accesso, and other media outlets. In her early years at FHM, she worked with film director, James Belzer on the project of The Tents. She recently produced NYFW shows in 2015 and is in her third year of producing and coordinating Shades of Success where she highlights and recognizes women of various shades that are successful and give back to their community.

Although FHM keeps her busy, Karen Michelle finds time to indulge in traveling and spending much needed time with her family.
